When can I expect to receive my garment?
We ship Ground in either Fedex or USPS, and you should expect your garment(s) in no more than seven (7) days depending on the mail type used and time of year.
What happens if my garment is altered in the process of customization?
If your garment(s) becomes altered by any of the processes; we will repair them prior to you receive them
Can I drop off my garment without shipping?
Yes, if you are in the New York City area; we can arrange a time to pick up
